You have been sent this questionnaire because your wedding is coming up very soon! Congrats and I hope the planning process has been going well :)

Please allow yourself (bride or groom) about 20 minutes to fill out this questionnaire. We want to make sure that we are all on the same page before the day of so your day can go as smooth as possible. You can submit this questionnaire any time before the wedding. If you have any changes after submitting, please e-mail the changes to jill@photoswithjill.com.

Prep/Pre-Ceremony Details
Two hours prior to the ceremony is generally enough time to take prep photos of both the bride and groom. Please plan an additional 30-45 minutes if you are planning a first look. NOTE: Your photography coverage, according to your contract, begins at this start time. Please ensure that you have consulted with me and booked the appropriate amount of coverage before deciding on your start time.

Please have any details (dress, shoes, jewelry, invitations, bridesmaid gifts, etc.) ready at this time. We'll photograph them first thing. Also, if you don't already, consider ordering a custom hanger or having a nice wooden hanger available for your dress photos. *
If possible, please ask the makeup artist to set up near the biggest place of natural light, i.e. a big window, door, etc. *

Formal/Family Portrait Details
Typically, we shoot family portraits immediately following the ceremony. If we haven’t already discussed this, please let us know if this will be the best time for these photos on your wedding day. These should take no longer than 15-20 minutes if all family is ready to begin. In order to avoid searching for missing individuals, it is vital that all who are to take part in family portraits are aware of when and where they are to be for the portraits. We will photograph the families first, then photograph the wedding party, then photograph the bride and groom alone. If you do not choose to see each other prior to the ceremony, please allow at least 30 minutes for bride and groom portraits.
This is our default list for family portraits. You will be able to specify your groups with names below: • Bride & Groom with her immediate family & grandparents • Bride & Groom with her immediate family • Bride & Groom with her parents • Bride & Groom with all grandparents • Bride & Groom with her grandparents • Bride & Groom with his grandparents • Bride & Groom with his immediate family & grandparents • Bride & Groom with his immediate family • Bride & Groom with his parents • Bride & Groom with both sets of parents • Bride & Groom with both immediate families
After formal portraits, we will take group pictures of the wedding party (if we haven't already) and then photograph portraits the bride & groom alone. We need at least 30 minutes of portrait time with the bride & groom. Please make this a priority!
